If
you're a new visitor to the
Net2Music site, or if you are new to
shopping online, this guide will
help you get acquainted with the
shopping process. It's quick, it's

Step
One: Find Products
The website is designed as a
directory making it easy to simply
click through to the product your
looking for. To get a price on the
product click on the products image
or text for latest price.
Step
Two: Find Products
After clicking through to a product
the price will be shown along with a
detailed description of the product.
The top of the page will now show
tabs, these are a number of options
that will further help you to find
the products you are looking for. At
the top of the product description
pages is a tabbed Top Navigation
system that will allow you to
jump straight to a particular genre
of music product, such as
"Guitar," by clicking on
that tab. The colored bar directly
below it will take you to a
subection of that music genre, such
as "Electric Guitar," or
"Guitar Search."

The
Side Navigation on the
left-hand side of your screen allows
you to jump straight to a main or
sub-section, or you can choose to Search
by typing in the name, model or
catalog item number of the product
that you want in the box provided.
You can also click on the "All
Manufacturers" link, which will
take you to a complete listing of
all of the brands that we carry.
The
Product Spotlights in the
center area of each page link to
items that we think you might find
especially interesting - click on
the links provided, or on the
thumbnail picture of the item, to
check it out!

Step
Three: Choose Your Product
Once you have chosen an item that
you want, you will be on a product
list page which shows prices and the
amount that you will save, along
with options to view product detail,
choose quantities and add to your
shopping cart. Our product detail
pages provide in-depth product
information and allow you to choose
sizes, colors, and various other
style options. Click on the
"Add to Cart" button to
add this product to your shopping
cart - you can remove it at any
time! Keep on shopping for other
items; we'll keep track of all of
your product choices for you to
decide on later. |
Step
Four: Your Shopping Cart
Your shopping cart will show the
items that you have chosen, the
price of each item, and the
quantity. Click on the "Proceed
to Checkout" to conclude your
shopping expedition; you can still
change any of your choices at this
point. |

Five: Proceed to Checkout
Check out
gives you the opportunity to set up
a Musician's Friend account or use
an existing one. This is where you
can also tell us where to send your
purchase and which payment method
you want to use. You can change the
quantity or type of products that
you have on order, or cancel your
order entirely. When you are sure
that everything is correct and
complete, click on the "Submit
My Order" button, and you will
see an order confirmation screen
that reads: "Thank
you very much for placing your order
with us. A copy of your order will
be sent to ____. Your order PO
reference # is: ____. Please use
this number in any inquiries
regarding your order. You may wish
to print or save this page for
future reference. Your order
transaction was sent SECURE."

orders must be shipped to the cardholder's
address. We also accept checks, cashier's
checks or money orders made payable to
Musician's Friend. Personal checks must
clear prior to shipping. Please, do not send
cash. If you have received a
Musician's Friend Gift Certificate you can
now redeem them for use on your Internet
Orders. If there is any credit left
over from the gift certificate we will issue
an in-house credit to your account.

Weekend
Orders: All delivery times listed are
measured in Business Days, meaning
Monday-Friday. This means, for example, a
next-day order placed on Friday should
arrive on the following Monday. However, if
a Weekend delivery is desired we do offer
Fed-Ex Saturday delivery for an additional
fee. The fee is $10.00 in addition to
the next day rate of $19.95 (this fee
excludes daggered items). The Saturday
delivery option is limited to areas where
Fed-Ex provides this service. In addition,
orders for Saturday delivery need to be
placed by 1:00 PM Pacific Time on the
preceding Friday. If you require Saturday
delivery, you must contact us via telephone
at 1-800-776-5173.
Cutoff
Times: All orders must be placed by 2PM
Eastern Time to be processed the same day.
Most orders placed by these cutoff times
will be shipped that day, but some
circumstances may prevent this; we will let
you know if there are any such delays in
your order.
All orders ship via UPS
Ground delivery by default. This can take
anywhere from 2-9 business days delivery
time, depending on where you live. Orders
shipping outside the US 48-states cannot go
Ground however. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto
Rico can only be shipped via Air service.
Items less than $20 cannot
be backordered unless they are the only item
in the order, otherwise the entire order may
be held until all items are in stock.
For orders not containing
unusually heavy items (see "Daggered"
info below), you may choose FedEx 2 Day Air®
for an additional $6.95, or FedEx Next Day
Air® available for an additional charge of
$19.95.
You may also choose UPS 2-3
Day for an additional $6.95, or UPS Nextday
Air available for an additional charge of
$19.95.
We can ship USPS 1st
Priority Mail: 3-6 business days. This is
the only shipping method available to US
Military APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and
all areas outside the USA (Guam, Virgin
Islands, etc..).
Orders shipping to APO/FPO
military address must ship USPS, and are
subject to a longer ship time.
We ship all orders as soon
as possible We make sure to email or
call when there are back orders and further
delays. To protect our customers from
potential credit card fraud, orders may be
held for verification, this may cause a
slight delay in shipping products to you.
If the in stock items on the
order have already shipped, then any back
orders will be sent out via UPS Ground.
Specially Marked
Items:
* Items marked with a
are "daggered" items. The total
shipping will be based upon the weight of
all items.
* Items marked with a
are "Truck-Only" items and can
only be shipped by TRUCK delivery. Truck
shipping is $70 per truck-item in
addition to any normal S&H charges.
* Items marked with a
are "HazMat" (Hazardous Material)
items and the order can only ship via UPS
Ground.
Special s/h offers do not apply to
Truck or Daggered items.
International
Shipping
Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are
unable to ship outside of the United States.
The only Exceptions to this policy (some
restrictions apply for these destinations):
- Puerto Rico
- US Military addresses (i.e. APO and
FPO addresses)
- Locations that use a US Postal ZIP
Code, such as Guam, The Virgin Islands,
etc..
Minimum
